A Houston Family called West

Back in 2016 I had the privilege of working with Shane & Cyndea Sampson on the sale of their home. Shane was our area Young Life leader and Cyndea is a photographer. We were sad to see them leave Fredericksburg for Alamo Heights but have continued to be in touch over the years. In 2019 when Cyndea’s cousins decided to leave the Houston area to relocate their family to Fredericksburg, I was honored to receive their call.

Learning the ins and outs of new area isn’t easy and helping my clients plug in and feel connected is something I really enjoy. After exploring a little of Fredericksburg we realized the Frazier family needed more time to really discover where the best place in Gillespie County was for them to settle. This meant finding them a rental that would suit their family well. They settled into their country side rental on acreage and into the community, too.

Being plugged into the community made them realize the convenience of in-town living was something that was valuable to their lifestyle. Before their lease was up we began their search, specifically in Stone Ridge.

Because of the nature of our market, the inventory is limited and sometimes requires time to discover the just-right property. It wasn’t long before we were able to narrow in on their beautiful home. Seeing them now, living and loving their space, is such a joy. They are celebrating friends, family and quarantine in their space and connecting and serving neighbors all around.

Getting to know Brent & Allie and their kids Annaleigh & Ford has been a joy! Fredericksburg is full of exceptional people and this sweet new family falls right in to the mix.
