B&B Sale, 209 W Peach Street

Back in 2016 Kara & Michael, a young Houston couple choose to have their wedding in beautiful Fredericksburg. Shortly after, they considered buying property here. They reached out their their wedding planning, Emily Burgess at Hill Country Bride and her referral research connected us to begin their search.

Originally their thoughts were acreage tracts for recreational use but after more discuss we discovered the amount of time they spent here made the Short Term Rental avenue more of a consideration.
